Poya leads the Membership Performance, Strategy and Transformation teams. He also supports the implementation of United Way Centraide Canada’s strategic directions, including the establishment of shared strategic goals and priorities across the United Way Centraide network.  Poya holds an MBA with a focus on International Development Management, a joint program from the Sprott School of Business, Norman Patterson School of International Affairs, and School of Public Policy and Administration. He also earned his BA (Honours) in Political Science from Carleton University.
