Pauline leads the fundraising and partnership team, inclusive of Resource Development, Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC) and Labour Programs and Services. Pauline has over 25 years of experience in senior-level resource development and executive leadership in the non-profit sector, including serving as CEO of the Alzheimer Society of Canada. She currently co-chairs the federal Ministerial Advisory Board on Dementia, created by the Department of Health in 2018. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with a specialization in Political Science and history from the University of Ottawa.
