Kenny Hilaire is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, community-minded professional and scholar with experience in change management training and consulting, sustainability, DEIB, non-profit leadership, banking, education, and student affairs.

Kenny is the Sr. Manager, Global Affiliate Network Operations with Prosci, the global leader in change management solutions, where he is responsible for the success of Prosci’s global network of partners. Additionally, he leads Prosci’s global Sustainability strategy. Kenny is also a part-time Professor at St. Mary’s University’s Sobey School of Business.

Kenny is an avid community advocate and has been serving on the United Way Halifax Board since 2019, including as Chair from 2021 to 2023. He also sits on the Board of the Atlantic Economic Council.

Kenny is proudly Caribbean, has lived in 5 countries, and has degrees in International Development and Social Entrepreneurship. He has deep passion for and commitment to equitable socio-economic development, particularly with how businesses can be partners for sustainable development.
